Before Shipment: If the purchaser chooses to cancel an order “before shipment”, he or she is charged a 3% processing fee. After Shipment: “After shipment” cancelations are cancelations which are received after the product is shipped and before the product is delivered. If the purchaser chooses to make an “after shipment” cancelation, the “to” shipping cost is non-refundable. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver to hire shipment of the product back to our facilities. If the receiver rejects delivery as a form of cancelation, the “to” and “from” shipping costs are still charged to the purchaser. In addition, a 3% processing fee is charged for “after shipment” cancelations. After Delivery: “After delivery” cancelations need to be received through email within 7 days of receiving the product. Please email pictures and notes of the observed shipping damage to our customer service department at service@duropower.com.
